Nokia’s final announcement of new devices is the new Nokia N71. Still an N-series phone, and so still seriously feature-packed, it is, nevertheless, somewhat the poor relation of the Nokia N92 and Nokia N80, also announced today.

Featuring a clamshell form factor, the Nokia N71 is an ‘ordinary’ N-series phone, if the N-series can ever be classed as such. It therefore has the following key features:

• huge high resolution color display (320 x 240 pixels, up to 262,144 colors)
• supports the new Nokia Web Browser with Mini Map
• 5-band equalizer
• slot for a miniSD card of up to 2 GB, which can store up to 1500 songs.
• 2 megapixel camera

The Nokia N71 will also have something unique that the other N-series phone will struggle to claim: affordability! That said, I’ll have the Nokia N92 thanks!
