Samsung announce new mobile phone with 10GB hard disk

Samsung, it seems, still haven’t finished with their announcements. Not content with the Samsung SPH-V8200 8 megapixel camera phone, announced yesterday, there’s now talk of a mobile phone with a 10GB hard disk. It’ll be an MP3-focused mobile phone that will be capable of storing 3,000 tunes. Details still sketchy at the moment, but given that Samsung have already released the Samsung SPH-V7900 with a 3GB hard disk, this is no vapourware being announced. Makes the Motorola ROKR look even more anchronistic pointless than it already is – come to think of it, it kind of makes the iPod itself a bit pointless as well!
