Gizmodo are reporting that existing Motorola RAZRs are starting to smell - badly! Some suggest it happens when the phone is left in the sun, but whatever the reason, the smell just won’t go.

 

Perhaps in response to this, rumours suggest that Motorola are about to release an updated version of the RAZR called the STNKR RAZR V3i. Now this shouldn’t be confused with the Motorola RAZR V3x, which is a new Motorola RAZR that provides a 2 megapixel camera and a few other updates that lets the RAZR compete with the mobile phones that came out at the start of 2005. No, the new Motorola RAZR V3i comes with a disappointing 1 megapixel camera and a few other bits and bobs that let it complete with the mobile phones that came in in 2004 (Motorola are obviusly using a different calendar from everyone else - the Julian calendar, perhaps?!). But it does have one extra feature to help push the sales - it comes with the same iTunes interface as the Motorola AWFL ROKR. Wow. Let’s just hope the thing has a higher storage capability that the ROKR’s 100 songs .
