Sony Ericsson W900 and Motorola RAZR V3x with NVidia Inside

The forthcoming Sony Ericsson W900 Walkman phone already looks tasty, but news that it features NVidia's GoForce 3D 4800 chip makes it even more mouth-watering. According to The inquirer, "the chip features 1280KB of embedded memory and supports up to 3 megapixel cameras. It's up to vendors to decide how many megapixels they want to implement. It usually goes 1.3 Mpix in the first design, then 2.0 Mpix in the second design and next year will get you 3Mpix in your phone."
Interestingly, the same NVidia chip can also be found in the new Motorola RAZR V3X, which makes me wonder why Motorola opted for the 1.3 megapixel variant, when they could have matched or bettered the competition so easily?
For the geeks tech-heads amongst you, the GoForce 3D 4800 can support 640x480 resolution, decode and encode Jpeg, encode and decode Mpeg 4, supports early Z, multi texturing and Programmable pixel Shader.
