Toshiba W43T phone with GPS

This is the new Toshiba W43T LISMO mobile phone, developed for Japanese mobile phone operator AU. Japanese mobile phones are almost as technologically-superior as Korean phones, and the W43T is no exception. Not content with a 3 megapixel camera (or "323 ten thousand pixel camera" according to Google's translation!), Toshiba have endowed the W43T with GPS. And not just any GPS, either: the W43T displays your current location as a 3D map that moves in real time as you do!

The Toshiba W43T's 3D GPS system is called 3D Navi, and is designed for pedestrians to find their way through the confusing streets of Tokyo. As such, it features useful pedestrian landmarks, such as crossing points, and, er, lampposts (or is that dogs? - not much of a pedestrian myself, so I've no idea what they find useful!).
Of course, this being a Japanese mobile phone, it has a few other tricks up its sleeve as well. Closing the clamshell reveals dedicated music buttons, which are used to select and play your tunes that you downloaded over AU's impressive LISMO music service. The Toshiba W43T is a 3G device (CDMA) running at 2.4Mbps, measures 50×103×22mm and is 125g in weight. Oh, and it looks like a plug socket when closed!
