These are pictures of the forthcoming Nokia N83, not announced yet by Nokia, but sneakily taken by the guys at Mobiholics. Not much to look at at the moment, but wait till you see its rumoured feature-spec.

Nokia N83 Features

The features expected from the Nokia N83 have to be seen to be believed:

• Quad band GSM
• 5.x Megapixel camera (with Carl Zeiss optics, naturally, plus autofocus, mechanical shutter and LED Flash)
• VGA res camera in the front for video conferencing
• 2.5 inch (352 × 416 px) 16 million color display
• 802.11b/g for making VoIP calls
• Bluetooth (ver 2.0)
• USB connectivity
• 4GB of internal memory coupled with Micro SD card slot for further expansion
• Series 60 3rd edition
• FM tuner

EngadgetMobile are sceptical about this list, seeing it more as a fan-boy's dream list. But nothing here is beyond what Nokia is capable of, and the list of features simply offers a natural progression from Nokia's current N-Series phones, which already offer 3 megapixel cameras, WiFi, and 4GB storage (though not all in the same phone).

Nokia are naturally reluctant to say anything about the Nokia N83, so we'll just have to wait 'till its released. However, given that the Nokia N83's release date isn't till Q1 2007, we've got a while for Nokia to do some fune-tuning.
