Motorola’s DVD BCKHM
Motorola have at last given me an excuse to talk about the World Cup! As England stand poised on the brink of global success (OK, so we've won one game, but it's better than we normally do at this stage!), with every chance of breaking out of the group stage and heading directly to glory, so Motorola have signed up one of our footie heroes, David Beckham. Star of both Engurland and Real Madrid, Motorola have signed Becks up for the next 3 years to be their "global brand ambassador" (whatever that is!).
Not only will Becks be doing the usual PR duties (making public appearances promoting Motorola and the like), the deal will also let you embed him in your Motorola mobile - well, wallpaper and video clips of him anyway.
This deal will be worth so much more to Motorola when we win the World Cup (ah, naiive optimism - can't beat it!).
