The LG KG800 Chocolate Phone is a suberb-looking designer phone from LG. As a designer phone, it's not heavy on features, but that's not the point - a designer phone must look good, and the LG KG800 Chocolate phone has been widely lauded as one of the best looking mobile phones on the market today.
If fashion's your thing, you want your phones to exude style, and you want something other than a RAZR, then check out this LG KG800 Chocolate Phone review - it could just be the phone for you.

The Sony Ericsson P990 reviews show the P990 to be a worthy successor to its legendary predecessors (the P910, P900 and P800). The P990 looks very similar to these earlier Sony Ericsson smartphones, but adds a 2 megapixel cameraphone, Walkman-quality music features, execellent office tools, and best of all, full WiFi connectivity.
Offering touchscreen input together with a full QWERTY keyboard, exceptional messaging and connectivity options, a great range of software, and hardware 3D graphics accelerator, the Sony Ericsson P990 is one superb looking smartphone.

Samsung have announced a brand new AMOLED display for mobile phones that's less than 1mm thick. Current displays are between 2-3mm thick, meaning Samsung's latest display will lead to mobile phones even thinner than the current class leaders (led, unsurprisingly, by Samsung, with its Samsung X828 - just 6.9mm thin).
Motion detectors in mobile phones seem to be suddenly all the range, yet nobody seems to know quite what to do with them. Samsung, for example, have used theirs in the SCH-B570 to switch off its alarm clock. Novel, but hardly revolutionary.
Now NEC have come up with something equally useless, yet visuall stunningy - a battery level indicator rendered as a liquid that actually sloshes around as you move the phone.
Samsung have announced the SCH-B570 mobile phone. Following in Samsung's fine tradition of super hi-tech phones, the B570 sports an 8GB hard disk drive capable of storing 1,600 MP3 tunes (in true Samsung style, this is the "world's largest storage capacity for a handset"). As if that wasn't enough, it also offers 5.1 channel virtual stereo and echo effect, to apparently bring you the same quality of sound you'd expect from a 5.1 channel home theater system.
And did I mention the satellite mobile TV, Picture in Picture feature, GPS, 2 megapixel camera, and motion sensor? No? Then read on!

Sony Ericsson have announced the new Sony Ericsson Z610 mobile phone. The Z610 is a 3G clamshell phone with respectable mid-range features (2 megapixel camera, video recording and streaming, push email, MP3 player - blimey, that all that can be classed as 'mid-range'!). What sets the Z610 apart from its rivals, though, is its front cover, which is completely opaque when not in use, but which features an 'invisible' OLED display that appears when a call comes in, or when the user presses any buttons.
Sony Ericsson call this a 'magic mirror' display, which apparently "achieves the feel of a calm ocean surface." I'm sure we're all reminded of the ocean whenever we see an OLED display...er...!

OKWAP have released the new OKWAP A323 mobile phone featuring none other than Astro Boy. For those not in the know, Astro Boy is an enduring and extremely popular manga character who was first created in 1952.
The link between an OKWAP A323 and Astro Boy may at first seem tenuous - the A323 is a low-end slider phone with MP3 player, 1.3 megapixel camera and not much else, whereas Astro Boy is a powerful robot who can fly, comes with 100,000 horsepower, and bum-mounted lasers (yes, that's not a typo - he has lasers mounted on his bum!) But the end result is glorious, and will undoubtedly become extremely collectable.

Here's news to gladden my heart! Mad4mobilephones.com have done an analysis of the top 50 mobile phone sites across the web according to their Alexa rank - and MobileMentalism's number 49! Of course this may change as other people ask "hey, why isn't my site listed?", causing the list to be subsequently updated (I was number 46 this morning!) - but still, bask in the glow of glory while I can!
The Nokia N93 reviews prove the N93 isn't just good on paper - it's good in real life too. This amazing mobile phone features 3.2 megapixel camera, 30 fps video recording, a great twisting form factor, MP3 player, FM radio, WiFi, UPnP - the list just goes on and on!

BenQ-Siemens have launched the BenQ-Siemens
AL26 - complete with Hello Kitty livery. Aimed at "girls and young women" (surprisingly!), the
AL26 is a low-end mobile phone with little in the way of features other than a 65k colour
TFT screen and polyphonic ringtones.
Somehow, though, I don't think features are going to be the main selling point of this phone!
Hello Kitty is a hugely popular brand in its right, with collectors buying anything and everything that features it.
So, if Hello Kitty's your thing, the BenQ-Siemens AL26 is your phone. Fortunately for me, and any self-respect I might have left, it's not :)
