Pictures of new LG-KV2400 slider phone

LG have announced the new LG-KV2400 mobile phone. It’s a slider, it has few features (well, MP3 player and 1.3 megapixel camera), but blimey it looks good! Being pitched as a music phone, the KV2400 has dedicated music buttons on its front – just like every other music phone – but at least LG have actually bothered with design. The KV2400 actually looks good!

LG seem to have been making a habit of this lately. Their ‘chocolate’ range of mobile phones focus on style rather than function, and pull it off pretty well. Now with the new LG KV2400, LG are showing a design flair that’s permeating down through the rest of its range.

Perhaps Samsung should take a leaf out of LG’s book. Despite Samsung’s phones featuring an unbelievable array of features, they do look a bit dull, and sales have been suffering. I don’t want Samsung to stop producing their technological tour de forces – their phones are just too damn good for that! I just want them to spice them up a bit.
