Motorola mobile phone vending machine

Motorola are experimenting with a new way of selling their mobile phones to their customers. They're selling Motorola RAZRs and certain accessories in vending machines in 20 high-traffic retail locations across the US.

Interesting development this, as Motorola are presumably aiming to capture those users who've lost their mobile phone and need connectivity urgently. This surely reflects the fact that for some of us, being without a mobile phone is like being without your arms: you know something's missing, but you just can't quite put your finger on it.

Can only be a matter of time before LG follow suit and start selling their Chocolate phones amongst the chocolate.
