LG working on a super-fast next-gen Prada phone

This may be the LG KS20 smartphone, a potential successor to the company's forthcoming Prada phone. The Prada phone is a designer phone set to take on the iPhone. As it's a designer phone, its features are decidely average. The new LG KS20, though, although not sporting the Prada brand, is anything but average.
Featuring the same touchscreen and form factor as the Prada phone, the LGKS20 comes with Wi-Fi and HSDPA, ramping its data transfer speeds right up to a potential maximum of 14.4Mpbs (although 3.6Mbps is more likely). Much faster than the Prada phone's EDGE connection, which can only support transfer speeds of around 200kbps.

The LG KS20 is rumoured to be based on Windows Mobile 6.0, and comes with the following specs:- Windows Mobile 6 Professional

- Memory: 128 MB ROM
- ARM1136EJS MSM7200

If these rumours are true, and if the LG KS20 comes with the same user interface as the Prada phone, it will trounce the iPhone.
Not only will it sport similar looks and user interface to Apple's phone, but with Wi-Fi, and HSPDA, it will actually be usable as a mobile smartphone (unlike the iPhone, whose EDGE connection is too slow to make effecitve use of its admittedly fantastic web browser).
This shouldn't come as too much of a shock. LG is renowned for technologically sophisticated phones, and with its Chocolate and Shine range of phones, plus the Prada phone of course, has shown it's not too shabby with design either.
It was only a matter of time before the two strands to LG's bow came together and a great looking, well designed, super-smartphone emerged from the shadows of the Prada phone.
Let's hope these rumours are true, as the LG KS20 looks like it's set to be the king of smartphones.
