More video reviews, this time of the Sony Ericsson K850i. The K850i is Sony Ericsson's latest, and top of the range, Cyber Shot phone, and comes is seriously high-specced. It comes with a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and Xenon flash, and a range of other juicy features that make it more camera than phone.

The review above provides a good overview of the K850i, although annoyingly, the camera wasn't working on the prototype device being reviewed! Fortunately there are a few more reviews after the jump that show the K850i in better detail. I've also got a few pics and videos taken by the K850i, but I'll post them later.

More videos of the Sony Ericsson K850i after the jump.

This next video is my favourite one. Designed to show off the K850i's accelerometer feature, which is used by the phone to orient its interface in either landscape or portrait mode according to whether it's being held horizontally or vertically, the video shows the phone having to be slapped about a bit in order to work properly!

Just like the old days of dodgy old analogue TVs - if it doesn't work, give it a whack!

Fortunately, the device being reviewed is again a prototype (which apparently had nothing working on it), and the finished version should be much slicker.

Just like touchscreens, accelerometers are starting to become ubiquitous within new mobile phone models - every new handset that's launched seems to come with either an accelerometer, touchscreen, or both.

The influence of the iPhone is already strong and it's not even been released yet! Whether the iPhone succeeds or fails, one thing's for sure: it can certainly be called disruptive technology.
