Here’s an interesting video from Mateusz Kurowski of what could be the world’s most collectible mobile phone (for those of you into such things). It’s the Sony Ericsson Z700 in prototype form. Why is it such a collectible phone? Well, despite being built by Sony Ericsson and intended for sale, the company pulled it just before release.

That’s right – they built the phone, then canned it, replacing it with the T300 instead. Apparently the Z700 would have been too expensive for its target group.

Good job, too – this is one ugly looking phone!
