I've been in some odd situations in my life, but currently i'm in one I never expected to be in-I'm completely homeless! No house, no bed, no tv, and worst of all, no Internet connection!

Fortunately, my sanity has been saved by the glorious Nokia E90 Communicator, which I'm using to write this post. Find out how the E90 saved my sanity after the jump.

Before I go on, a brief word is needed about my current predicament. I'm homeless because I had a rather unforgiving landlord.

I'm buying a house, see, but the house buying process has been unfortunately delayed. i asked my landlord if I could stay on a few extra weeks, and he kindly said no, despite previously giving assurances that I could!

So I've had to move out, but don't yet have anywhere to move into.

Fortunately I have friends who are putting me up, but they have very sporadic wireless coverage, so I can't use my laptop to blog.

Step forward the Nokia E90, which not only comes with wi-fi, HSDPA and bluetooth, it's also got a great QWERTY keyboard, glorious screen and web browser, anf I'm currently connected to the Net at 2.6Mbps using T-Mobile's all you can eat Web n Walk tariff.

What this means is that I have a true mini laptop in my phone that lets me keep blogging despite being genuinely homeless. I began writing this post while sat outside a coffee shop, for example, and then continued it later on while waiting in line at the local tip.

The Nokia E90 really does do what I wanted it to do: provide 24/7 blogging anytime anywhere.

Because of the awkwardness of my situation, I have a genuine chance to put the E90 through its paces. I'll provide a more comprehensive review later on, but at the moment I can tell you that despite the tiny size of its keys, you really can use it to type on most effectively. Sure, it's only single-finger typing, but I defy anyone to write a post this long on an iPhone without giving up in frustration.

Which brings me to another point-the lack of posts recently. As I've been moving house, I've obviously been a little preoccupied. I would have still found time to blog, but my Internet connection was terminated a few days ago. The E90 really has come to my rescue in the nick of time!

Annoyingly, I missed the UK launch of the iPhone, the hype surrounding Google's Android, and a plethora of announcements from Sony Ericsson and Nokia. Tomorrow, I'll use my E90 as a modem and connect it to my laptop so I can give these stories the attention they deserve.

I'll also post some pics of the E90 to give you a feel for the device. Now, though, I'm off to bed as being homeless is way my tiring than I ever thought!
