Brand new range of phones from Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson are rumoured to be launching a brand new range of phones at next week's MWC. Called the G-range, we should see the new G700i Tyra model and the G900i Josephine. The G-range will focus on high-end compact phones with touchscreens, with the G700i featuring a 2 inch screen and 3.2 megapixel camera, and the G900i featuring Wi-Fi, HSPDA and a whopping 5 megapixel camera.
After a lacklustre 2007 (despite doing well financially), Sony Ericsson seem to be pulling out all the stops this year, and have a whole bevvy of attractive new phones on the horizon. In fact, although it's a bit early to say, they could be back to their best, which is a huge relief!
I've always been a big fan of their phones, but they were putting far too much emphasis on knocking out Walkman phones and Cyber Shot phones that didn't really seem to do much. For 2008, though, they've got a couple of GPS phones coming out, some gaming phones, new P series phones that'll really challenge Nokia, and now a whole new range to look forward to as well. Oh, and they've also got a new iPhone-killing user interface up their sleeve as well.
More details coming from the MWC next week.
