Confused QKfone build car around phone

Bonkers mobile phone manufacturer QKFone have done it again! Not content with releasing a mobile phone with a completely unlicensed Mercedes Benz logo glued onto it, they’ve gone one better – this time, they’ve glued the whole car onto their new mobile!
What you’re seeing here is QKFone’s new mobile phone, the QKFone S3. You may think it’s a model of a Mercedes Benz SLK, but turn it over, and rather than the usual car-like gubbins you’d expect to see, such as exhaust, axles, etc., you’ll find a fully functional mobile phone lurking there instead.
They’ve still stuck an unlicensed Mercedes Benz logo onto this bonkers carphone (what else can you call it?!), so maybe they thought that if they added the logo onto a car rather than a phone, it would solve all their licensing issues?!
That said, there are some startling details added to this phone that only serve to make the whole thing even more surreal, as you can see after the jump…

Whoever came up with this idea needs to seriously get over their love for Mercedes, as it’s clearly affecting their thinking! Actually, it’s not just Mercedes – there’s also a Ferrari model as well, if you’d prefer your mobile phone to be adorned with Italian greatness rather than German!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for innovative design, but the whole point of a mobile phone is that it’s,well, mobile! Cars are mobile, too, granted, but you don’t usually put them in your pocket, and can you imagine carrying this thing around with you?!
Hats off to QKFone for the attention to detail on this though. Open the roof of the Mercedes, and rather than seats you’ll find a battery sitting snugly on top of two (yes, two!) SIM cards. There’s a USB port at the rear of the car just underneath the number plate (although shoving a USB plug up the rear of the car somehow looks a little…unpleasant!)

And best of all, the wing mirror pops open to reveal a stylus – well, what ultimate carphone would be complete without a touchscreen?!

Speaking of which, there are quite a few other goodies hidden with the QKFone as well, including MP3 player with some neat visualizations, an MP4 video player, and the usual features you’d expect from a mid-range cheapo phone.
But why am I even bothering listing the spec?! No-one outside of its Chinese market will ever get their hands on this trademark-flouting bonkers phone, and I doubt that anyone within China would actually want it either!
That said, unconfirmed reports suggest the Carphone Warehouse are looking at importing it ;)
