Leaked pics of the Nokia X9
Now this little beauty is a sight for sore eyes! It’s the Nokia X9 – or rather, some leaked pics of the Nokia X9, which hasn’t exactly been confirmed by Nokia, but which certainly looks like the real deal.
Nokia’s X-Series range of phones currently comprises the Nokia X3 and X6, and as the letter implies, is all about the Xperience (yeh, I know, it sucks, and is a little too close to Sony Ericsson’s Xperia range!)
What this means is that you get a phone that’s focused primarily on entertainment. You can therefore expect a strong set of multimedia features and social network features aplenty.
Fortunately, we’ve got hold of some X9 specs, and it looks like it certainly won’t disappoint.
More details and pictures of the Nokia X9 after the jump.
Leaked pic of new LG Windows Phone 7
With CTIA Wireless approaching fast, there’s a sudden flurry of Windows Phone 7 Series news hitting the blogosphere. Some of it – such as the news that WinPho7 won’t support copy & paste or multitasking – isn’t particularly welcome, but others – like this tasty new LG WinPho 7 mobile – most certainly is.
There’s not a lot of info on it – indeed, other than it might come with a slide out QWERTY keyboard, there’s absolutely no info at all on it – but it does look superb.
CTIA Wireless is the US’s annual telecoms trade show, so we should see a lot more new from US-related mobile tech companies than we saw at MWC 2010 earlier in the year.

Leaked pics and specs of HTC HD3. One word: stunning
This rather large beauty is the HTC HD3, a huge new smartphone from HTC that doesn’t just follow on from the HTC HD2, it blows it and every other smartphone on the market clean out of the water!
The HD3 looks set to come with Windows Phone 7 Series, which is a big deal in itself. But it’s the amazing list of features that HTC have managed to cram into the HD3 that is so jaw dropping.
Seriously, think of any hardware feature or spec you’d like to see in your dream phone, and the HD3 has it – in spades! Add to that the tasty novelty of being one of the first Windows Phone 7 Series phones, and the HD3 looks set to be one of the most anticipated phones of the year.
Don’t believe me? Check out the HTC HD3’s specifications after the jump.
Leaked pictures of the Nokia C6
Leaked pictures of the Nokia C6 have emerged revealing a classic Nokia smartphone with slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The C6 is the second phone in Nokia’s new C-Series range of phones, and looks very similar to existing Nokia keyboard phones such as the N97.
Fortunately, it should be a lot cheaper than the N97 was when it first came out, as the C-Series is not meant to be a range of high-end phones. Equally, though, it’s not going to be a particularly well-specified phone, which seems to be confirmed with the fact that the C6 will come with only 256MB of onboard RAM.
No other details are available yet, but we’ll be sure to report them when we have them.

Microsoft Pure and Turtle phones heading for Vodafone in May
Microsoft seem to be on a bit of a roll at the moment. Not content with rewriting their mobile OS and unleashing Windows Phone 7 Series on us, they’re also rumoured to be developing their own range of mobile phones.
Called Project Pink, the phones form part of a new range from Microsoft that comprises the Microsoft Pure, and, oddly, the Microsoft Turtle, each of which is a new smartphone based on its new mobile OS.
Today we learn that the phones will be released on Verizon in the US on April 20th, and across the UK and the rest of Europe on Vodafone shortly after.
But what is Microsoft Project Pink phone, and are the phones any good?
Read on after the jump for more details.
Leaked pics of the HTC Incredible help celebrate Android Day
Today must surely be Android Day if the raft of news, leaks and announcements is anything to go by. Everything’s Android from every direction and seemingly every manufacturer!
First up is this, the gloriously named HTC Incredible. Nothing like boasting about your achievements, I guess, but does the Incredible live up to its name? Well, it’s got the 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 3.7″ screen (possibly AMOLED) and the usual raft of features you’d expect from an Android machine.
Speaking of which, it’s Android 2.1, which, combined with HTC’s renowned Sense UI should certainly make the Incredible glorious if nothing else!

Leaked pictures of LG Arena Max LU9400
LG are slowly but surely jumping on the Android bandwagon. Not only have they got a couple of Android handsets on the market now, but they’ve also got a few high-powered phones lined up for release later in the year as well.
Take this for example. It’s rumoured to be the LG Arena Max LU9400, which as well as featuring a 3.5″ touchscreen, GPS, WiFi and 5 megapixel camera, will also come with the legendary Snapdragon 1GHz processor.
Mmmm, tasty!
Leaked pictures of Sony Ericsson Kanna (fugly phone – take two!)
Boy, this is obviously the night for fugly phones! This is a leaked pic of the Sony Ericsson Kanna, which apparently will be announced at MWC 2010 next month.
Now, granted, these are just pics of the pre-production model, but even it smother couldn’t be proud of a design like that! Whether it’s the ugly looking keyboard or grotesque user interface (yep, Symbian S60 unfortunately!), it’s almost like Sony Ericsson put anti-designers to work designing this thing!
The specs are good, though, which they should be, andin many ways echo those of the newly-announced Vivaz.
More details after the jump.
Motorola Motosplit – fake or fugly fone?
Fresh from their recent success with Android smartphones, Motorola have found a renewed confidence and are working on fresh mobile phone designs that can only be described as, er, bold!
One such design in this, the Motorola Motosplit, which as its name suggests, contains a split keyboard sandwiching the main screen of the phone.
It’s an odd design and one that was tried (unsuccessfully) by Nokia some years ago with the Nokia 6820. The reason it never worked then is because:
Nexus Two or Motorola Shadow? You decide!
After all the excitement of the Google Nexus One a couple of weeks ago, what better way for the mobilati to entertain ourselves than to indulge in some Nexus Two speculation?!
And right on cue, here we go – Photoshop mockups of what somebody thinks the Nexus Two could look like.
Actually, they’re mockups of the Motorola Shadow, another Motorola Android handset that’s set for release later this year. But rumours are suggesting Google might just co-opt it and rebrand it the Nexus Two.
Whatever it’s called, the phone looks to be a giant leap ahead of the Nexus One, which is no mean feat! Check out the details of the Motorola Shadow after the jump.
