Sony Ericsson have announced the Sony Ericsson W910 Walkman phone in today’s “Next Big Thing” announcement.

The W910 is the latest Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson, and as you’d expect, offers a few more features than existing models.

The most notable feature, apart from the use of HSDPA and a 1GB Memory Stick as standard, is what Sony Ericsson are calling Shake Control.

This lets you control the music from the W910 just by shaking it. Shake it left, for example, and you move to the next track; shake it right and you move to the previous track.

Give the phone a thorough shake and you mix the tracks up randomly.

We first mentioned this a few weeks back, and thought it was a decidedly useful feature (except while jogging!) – good to see it’s actually made it to the final phone.
